Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. (Rei means spirit or divine, and Ki means life force energy.) It’s administered by gentle touch and is based on the belief that a life force energy flows through us. When this energy is low, we’re more prone to stress or illness; when it’s high, we’re more likely to feel healthy and balanced.
Reiki energy has its own intelligence, flowing where it’s needed and creating the conditions for healing. It isn’t directed by the mind or limited by the practitioner and always works for the highest good.

A spiritually rejuvenating 20 minutes of meditation. Deepen your practice or just find a few peaceful moments in the middle of your day. Be seated and ready promptly at noon.

Newcomers are Welcome to Join at Any Time Thursdays, 1-3pm — Facilitated by Lorri Oyler The Circle of Love book club has started its new selection “Truly Beloved – Book 2” by Sebastian Blaksley, Thursdays from 1-3pm. We invite you to join us. These 100 love letters are a royal escort to the real you. They are spoken through the totally human and totally divine being of Jesus, identifying himself as “The Christ in You” to emphasize the true nature of your own being as unique, eternal, immutable, and holy. They were written to help each of us transcend polarity and to usher us into the integrity—the unity—of being. Simply absorbing the essence of these love letters carries us into an integrated state that embraces both mind and heart, physical and spiritual, human and divine, Earthly and Heavenly. In other words, we are brought to an awareness of our true identity. The Circle of Love Book Club is a wonderful and safe place to receive a deeper understanding of each book chosen as the group reads and shares together. We have a great group of both long-time and beginning "A Course in Miracles" (ACIM) students dedicated to living the ACIM message of forgiveness, release of fear, and living from love.
