Office Hours: Tues-Thurs 10am - 4pm
Heading North on Churn Creek, we’re located north of Hartnell - just past the shopping center on the right. Turn into the Park Plaza complex on your right.
Heading South on Churn Creek, go past Upper Crust Pizza but before the shopping center, turn left into Park Plaza. Either way, you will find us located near the back of the complex with handicap parking right in front of our Unity entrance.
